Xbox's principal user researcher Dr. Deborah Hendersen says she wants to hear from "everyone who works on games or helps support game studios because if we can make your life easier, it makes gaming better".

Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S launched in a similar time frame, although it’s well known at this point that Sony’s console has been comfortably outselling its rival for a long time now. Microsoft doesn’t divulge sales figures anymore (it hasn’t since the Xbox One days), but recent reports have the PS5 outselling Xbox Series X/S by 3:1.

Microsoft is expanding the definition of user feedback and starting to collect information from not only players, but developers, too. In doing so, the company is hoping to figure out why developers don't want to make games for Xbox.
