His latest hour, which is being executive produced by Jimmy Kimmel, arrives as the streaming service makes an aggressive push into the stand-up arena, elbowing its way into an increasingly frothy market that's been dominated by Netflix in recent years.

Hulu is continuing to double down on stand-up specials. The streamer will air Chris Distefano’s third stand-up special as it ramps up its moves into comedy. Distefano’s hour-long special – It’s Just Unfortunate – is exec produced by Jimmy Kimmel.
