Dominion Energy has given their expected time for power restoration in areas that was heavily affected by Hurricane Helene.

Georgia Power is reporting more than 60,000 customers are still in the dark and Dominion Energy is reporting more than 30,000 customers without power. Dominion Energy crews are working tirelessly to restore power as soon as possible.

Dominion Energy has more than just linemen working to restore power. A secretive control room is the nerve center of restoration efforts.

Dominion Energy has restored power to over 320,000 customers in South Carolina following the impacts of Hurricane Helene. However, as of Sunday evening, about 116,000 customers remain without power. The company plans to continue restoration efforts into next week,

A week after Hurricane Helene, Duke Energy says they still want the majority of power restored before the weekend, but 85,000 could be in the dark until Sunday.
